There are 8 panels.
PANEL 1: It is night-time. The full moon and stars lighten the treetops of the forest.
PANEL 2: There’s a small campfire burning on a dirt floor.
PANEL 3: At a cave’s entrance, Alan, Hector and Fran rest around the fire whose light illuminates the inner walls of the cave. Hector and Fran are comfortably sitting on the floor near the fire, with their belongings lying a few steps away. Hector is leaning back with his elbows on the floor and legs stretched out, while Fran is sitting down with her arms around her knees. Alan, who now has a little bandage on his cheek covering the bruise, is the only one standing up, dropping his rucksack on top of a rock. He says to Hector: “That was alright, but try to warn us next time”.
PANEL 4: Alan, as if he is playing as a damsel in distress, puts one hand over his heart and the other with the back on his forehead. As he closes his eyes, he carries on: “When you lifted that I was like ‘water you doing?”. The word water is split in half, playing off the sound of “what are”. The others look at him, showing no expression. Some clothes are hung to dry on the cave wall, onto which are casted the shadows of its temporary inhabitants.
PANEL 5: Alan clarifies with a joking expression gesturing with his hands: “What are, water. Eh? Eh?”. Fran seems to ignore him and says to Hector: “Eeeh, yes… you did well Hector”.
PANEL 6: Hector responds, a little disturbed, looking at the horizon: “Well, it was that or leave you to fight…”. Fran observes him with an empathic expression.
PANEL 7: Hector adds: “to the death!”. His eyes stare into the fire and his face looks even more disturbed.
PANEL 8: Alan raises an eyebrow with incredulity in an attempt to dedramatize, he says: “I don’t think we would go that far…”.
