There are 7 panels.
PANEL 1: Alan is lying on the floor, almost face down, with his head resting on his knapsack and one hand under the head acting as a pillow. With his other hand he holds the canteen, which he keeps staring at, looking somewhere between thoughtful and captivated. In the background, Hector says: “But… I think she was already married to Anibal when I met her. What happened to Tadeo?”.
PANEL 2: Alan observes the details on the surface of the canteen. Fran continues: “I heard he wanted to propose to her at the lily festival”.
PANEL 3: Alan's expression is tumultuous, slightly melancholic. His head seems heavy. Fran continues: “But well”.
PANEL 4: As seen through Alan's eyes, the frame containing what he sees begins to fill with darkness, obscuring the edges. Hector says, surprised, pointing with his index finger: “It’s weird of you to be up to such gossip!”. Fran responds, raising her palms in an excusatory gesture: “There wasn’t anything more interesting going on in Ayr in those days, which isn’t that much anyway…”.
PANEL 5: The dark edges continue to eat up the image. Fran, who is slightly dimmed down, says: “Well, the thing is Tadeo waited anxiously for what would be the perfect proposal”.
PANEL 6: Everything gets even darker. Alan's eyes barely let him see Hector's shadowed face, who utters: "Let me guess, Anibal took the lead...".
PANEL 7: Everything goes dark, Alan closes his eyes completely. Fran's voice is heard answering: “Yes! Just a day before the festival!”.
