PANEL 1: The guide begins to hang the tarp over the extended rope, tied to one of the trees. He secures it with a clip.
PANEL 2: Alan tries to tie his part of the rope around the other tree.
PANEL 3: From his strenuous expression, it is evident that he is having a hard time tying the knot correctly.
PANEL 4: The guide observes with cold disappointment..
PANEL 5: He approaches Alan, who is still trying to tie the rope.
PANEL 6: The guide holds the rope to the crust of the tree and hands the child some metal stakes. He utters: “Leave it to me. Nail the edges instead”.
